Jordan M. Acker

Paralegal / Business Management

Jordan Acker is from Arlington, Texas, graduated high school from Mansfield Summit, and college from Texas Woman’s University with a degree in Criminal Justice. From an early age, she enjoyed being outside, and developing “entrepreneurial skills” selling Girl Scout Cookies to pay for summer camp or doing barn chores to earn extra horseback riding lessons. These skills transitioned to early jobs managing an RV campground, waiting tables, and eventually moving into training teams of new hires to open new locations for restaurants and hotels. In 2010 Jordan began her legal career at a boutique law firm specializing in complex bankruptcy, business, and financial issues. In 2021 Jordan transitioned to the public sector, working for the USDA/SBA in the Office of Capital Access (formerly the Office of Disaster Assistance). Jordan joined Acker Warren, PC in 2023. Over a nearly 20-year professional career, Jordan has worked with thousands of clients, colleagues, and business partners to develop deployable situation-based solutions to complex issues.
