Sean Acker grew up on the family farm in East Texas. Helping to care for the farm taught Sean the hard work and determination that is necessary to be a successful attorney and vigorously defend his clients’ rights. Sean received his bachelor’s degree In business administration from the University of Texas at Dallas and then went on to attend Texas Wesleyan School of Law (now the Texas A&M School of Law). Sean earned his J.D. in 2009 and was licensed with the State Bar of Texas that same year. Sean has experience in bankruptcy, criminal law, family law, and probate. These broad experiences in the legal field have helped Sean gather a well-rounded understanding of different areas of Law that he often applies today to help his Bankruptcy Clients. Sean has helped thousands of clients solve their financial issues over his 10 years of practice.
